 Wednesday, February 10th, 6:30pm. Based in the Taoist tradition, this practice targets the connective tissue and will help build flexability. A great compliment to a Dynamic Hatha practice or other athletic activity, the practice is conducted in a heated room (85-90 degrees) contributing to the detoxification process in a safe and relaxed environment.  Starts Monday, March 1st, 11:15am. This one hour class provides an opportunity for you to regain strength and flexibility, bond with baby and meet other Moms. (And to practice getting out of the house!). The focus of the class is on poses and breathwork specifically tailored for new moms. Prior yoga experience is not necessary. Babies aged 6 weeks up to new walkers are welcome. Moms are invited first to meet the needs of Baby, then to participate in class; breastfeeding and diaper-changing are welcome! Tell me more...
- Free Childcare - Generations Yoga is making our on-site childcare more accessible to the yoga community....Free Childcare is available from 9:15am to 11:15am Monday through Friday to those with 10 or 20 class memberships; also available to drop-in's fior $10.

Need to fit yoga into your day after your morning meetings or errands are done? Try one of our mid-day Vinyasa classes 1:00pm - 2:30pm. These classes have grown in popularity....great people, teachers and energy; consider joining us! $10 per class with the purchase of a 10 class membership.
Community Class for Beginners - Our teachers donate their time to lead this class and choose a charity important to them that will receive any donations made.

Convenient Location... Generations Yoga is conveniently located at 1231 Green Bay Road in Wilmette, Illinois near the Kenilworth Metra and four-hour parking is available on Green Bay Road across from the studio. Pace bus also has stops nearby.
On-Site Childcare... At Generations Yoga, we understand how difficult it can be to find quality, dependable childcare for the time that you spend in the studio. That's why we've set up on-site childcare for parents who want to experience yoga, worry-free. Give us a call to schedule both a yoga class for yourself and childcare for your child. Please call a minimum of 24 hours in advance to ensure a spot for your child. Childcare is available from 9:15 - 11:15a.m.; 10:00a.m. on Sunday for a nominal charge.
