Welcome to Generations Yoga in Wilmette Illinois, where you'll discover a whole new way of incorporating a powerful practice into your daily life. Yoga harmonizes the mind with the body and at Generations Yoga we'll show you how to reap the incredibly rich benefits associated with movement, breath, posture, relaxation and meditation.

      • Wendy Atteberry brings her Vinyasa practice to Generations starting Friday July 3rd. Your first class with Wendy at Generations is free. Wendy will also be offering her Blue Sun Yoga Teacher Training at Generations starting Sunday, August 30th. Tell me more...
      • Sarah Hillenbrand will be teaching a Thrusday 6:30PM Hatha Practice and will assume the Saturday 2:00PM Vinyasa practice From Bethany who will be leaving our family to get married and live in Ohio. Your first class with Sarah at Generations is free.
      • Eileen Gardner joins the Generations Community teaching Vinyasa Wednesday afternoon at 1:00 and Candlelight Vinyasa at 6:30pm Fridays. Your first class with Eileen at Generations is free!
      • Our own Cassie Rodgers will be leading the the Sunday, 4:00pm Hatha Practice. Cassie continues her Saturday, 8:15am Vinyasa practice
      • Svetlana Stillman joins Joins Generations as our new Kids and Teen Yoga Instructor. A graduate of the Moksha Teacher Training program, Svetlana has chosen to specialize in this area on the North Shore. Her Classes begin on August 1st
      • Linda Stremmel, a long time member of the Generations community will be conducting a free guided meditation immediately following (11:35 to 11:50) Megan Dunne's Sunday Class. The class is open to all and an optional donation box is avaiilable. Tell me more...

    Convenient Location... Generations Yoga is conveniently located at 1231 Green Bay Road in Wilmette, Illinois near the Kenilworth Metra and four-hour parking is available on Green Bay Road across from the studio. Pace bus also has stops nearby.

    On-Site Childcare... At Generations Yoga, we understand how difficult it can be to find quality, dependable childcare for the time that you spend in the studio. That's why we've set up on-site childcare for parents who want to experience yoga, worry-free. Give us a call to schedule both a yoga class for yourself and childcare for your child. Please call a minimum of 24 hours in advance to ensure a spot for your child. Childcare is available from 9:15 - 11:15a.m.; 10:00a.m. on Sunday for a nominal charge. Other times available with prior arrangement.
