Experience
Unshakable Peace…During Even Your Most Difficult Times
Yoga
Nidra is a profoundly transformative practice
that leads to lasting psychological, physical
and spiritual healing. Yoga Nidra enables knowing who you are,
and being comfortable with who you are, in every situation and
experience in your life. It accomplishes this through the release
of long-held negative beliefs that give rise to selfdestructive
patterns so that we may live a contented life, free of conflict,
anxiety, fear, dissatisfaction and suffering. In its ultimate form
the practice is used as a direct pointing to the realization of
one’s true nature through
selfinquiry.
Participants
may attend either the 12-hour introductory
weekend or the 42-Hour Level I training. Priority will be given
to participants enrolling in the 42-hour training.
The
introductory weekend provides an
overview of the practice of Yoga Nidra
and includes lectures, experiential practice
sessions and interactive dialogue.
The
42-hour Level I training provides an in-depth learning environment
for understanding how to utilize Yoga
Nidra for personal transformation and awakening, as well as how
to adapt the practice for working with individual students, clients,
and groups across various private, clinical, hospital and class
settings.
