My
road to self-discovery started long
before yoga. Through the joy of writing
I found spirituality. I constantly looked for ways to deepen, enhance
and embrace the experiences life gives me. I was first introduced
to yoga in 2002 through my study and practice of Thai Massage. My
yoga practice grew when I used it in a purely physical way as cross
training to run a marathon. Since then I have truly been blessed
to have found something that feels completely natural and good.
From
my practice I gain wisdom about myself
helping me better understand the world
around me. I equally love the challenges and accomplishments that
yoga provides. In a world of perpetual opposition, it is my goal
to bring awareness and balance through this great practice.
We
all find our way to yoga from different paths whether it is for the
physical or spiritual practice. As a teacher I strive to bring the
simple and beautiful benefits that yoga gives me to others.
